We have recently discovered that many counterfeit products are copying our designs.

Most of them closely resemble TOPLINK or HIGHLINK products — using similar packaging, mimicking our logo design, and adopting a similar appearance. However, please pay attention to the following key differences:

1. TOPLINK and HIGHLINK products have an official Dubai TDRA certification number, copy model do not.

2. The batteries and WiFi SSID used in TOPLINK and HIGHLINK products are clearly labeled with the TOPLINK or HIGHLINK logo — copy model do not have this.

3. TOPLINK and HIGHLINK products use brand-new ASR or ZXIC chips and components, while copy model take used Qualcomm 8916 chips only.

Despite similar appearances, there are noticeable differences in the external design between authentic TOPLINK/HIGHLINK products and the copy model.

How to determine whether a device performs well or not:

First, it’s important to understand that all Qualcomm 8916 chips currently on the market are second-hand or even third-hand. Their performance is highly unstable. Many manufacturers may claim their 8916 chips are perfectly fine — this is misleading.

Second-hand Qualcomm 8916 chips are often paired with:

second-hand memory chips,

second-hand power management chips,

and batteries with exaggerated capacity labels.

As a result, these devices typically suffer from the following issues:

Slow download speeds

Severe overheating

Unstable connections and frequent disconnections

Device failure usually occurs within one month of use

How can you tell if your device uses the Qualcomm 8916 chip?
You need to open the device casing.
Locate the main chipset — it will have a printed marking that says “Qualcomm 8916”.
